Pasos de instalación

1. Limpie la superficie de la lámpara: limpie cuidadosamente la lámpara con un limpiador y un paño suave para eliminar el polvo, el aceite y las impurezas, para asegurarse de que la superficie esté completamente seca y limpia, para evitar que las impurezas afecten el efecto de la pasta adhesiva.
2. Coloque la pegatina: cubra suavemente la pegatina sobre la lámpara, alinee aproximadamente la posición, no se apresure a pegar, ajuste unas cuantas veces, encuentre la mejor posición, primero fije una esquina.
Pegue la pegatina: comience por la esquina fija, destape lentamente el papel protector de la pegatina mientras usa la rasqueta de una esquina a otra aplicando presión para que la pegatina y las lámparas queden bien adheridas. Preste atención a la uniformidad para evitar la formación de burbujas de aire. Si la pegatina es más grande, más personas pueden colaborar.
3. Manejo de burbujas: si aparecen burbujas, utilice un raspador para llevarlas hasta el borde de la extrusión o utilice una aguja para perforar las burbujas y luego rasparlas hasta aplanarlas.
4. Tratamiento de bordes: Recorte el exceso de pegatinas con tijeras para que los bordes queden perfectos. Para faros con formas complejas, utilice una pistola de aire caliente para calentar el borde de la pegatina y que se ajuste al contorno de los faros. Mantenga una distancia adecuada al calentar para evitar el sobrecalentamiento y dañar la pegatina.
Compactar nuevamente: utiliza el raspador para compactar nuevamente la pegatina para asegurarte de que encaja perfectamente y que la instalación está completa.

Installation Guides

To ensure a bubble-free and long-lasting finish, please follow these steps:

1. Preparation & Cleaning:
   Thoroughly clean the headlight surface with a mixture of water and a drop of dish soap or isopropyl alcohol. Ensure the area is completely free of dust, wax, or oil. Wipe dry with a lint-free microfiber cloth.
2. Positioning (Dry Fit):
   Before peeling the backing, place the sticker against the headlight to find the perfect alignment. Use a small piece of painter's tape to mark the starting position if necessary.
3. The Peeling Process:
   Slowly peel off the backing paper (the white/opaque layer) to expose the adhesive side. Tip: Spray a light mist of water or a "slip solution" on the adhesive side for easier adjustment if you are a beginner.
4. Application:
   Align the sticker with the pre-determined starting point. Use a squeegee (or a credit card wrapped in a soft cloth) to firmly press the sticker from the center outwards to the edges. This will push out any air bubbles or water.
5. Heat Treatment (Crucial for Curves):
   For the curved sections of the Tank 300 headlight, use a heat gun or a hair dryer on a low setting to gently warm the vinyl. This makes it more pliable and helps it conform to the contours perfectly.
6. Final Inspection:
   If any small bubbles remain, use the squeegee to push them to the nearest edge. For stubborn tiny bubbles, a pin-prick can be used to release the air, then smooth it down.
7. Curing Time:
   Avoid washing your vehicle or driving in heavy rain for at least 24 to 48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond with the surface.
