Refund policy

At EVparts4x4.com, we aim to ensure that all items in customer orders are delivered intact and in good condition. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (delivery date) to request a return.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Timeframe:

Customers must request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: new, uninstalled, unused, and in its original packaging with all original manufacturer labels intact.

RMA Requirement:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please visit our RMA Page to initiate a request.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse:

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong part, changed mind, or no longer need it), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Oversized Items Policy (>20KG)

Due to the high logistics costs for large automotive parts, special rules apply to oversized items:

Definition: Any single order or item weighing over 20KG.

Policy: For non-defective returns of oversized items (e.g., customer ordered the wrong model), the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Please contact our support team prior to returning oversized items for specific shipping instructions and warehouse addresses.

4. No Restocking Fee

We value our customers. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns, regardless of the reason.

5. Claims: Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. To ensure we can resolve issues effectively, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery for the following issues:

Damaged/Defective Item:

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please keep all boxes and packing materials. The carrier may need to inspect them. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

Incorrect Item:

If you receive an item you didn't order, notify us immediately. We will send a prepaid label for the return and arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

Missing Item:

If your order is incomplete, please check the packing slip and notify us within 14 days. We will ship the missing part at no additional cost.

Lost Package:

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 14 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Note: If we do not receive feedback regarding these issues within 14 calendar days of delivery, we will assume the items arrived in good condition, and we may be unable to process the claim.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned (unless confirmed defective/damaged upon arrival):

  • All electrical parts and components.
  • Oils and other automotive chemicals.
  • Bare engine components and Fuel components.
  • Tools.
  • Printed materials like car stickers.
  • Sales items with more than 20% off.
  • Specially customized items.
  • Parts with hazardous material labels.
  • Opened or unsealed items (unless defective).
  • Items with a unit price of $10 USD or less.
  • Controlled parts: Parts that require a VIN to order (e.g., emission labels, airbags, seat belts).
  • Items that have been installed, modified, used, or are no longer in new condition.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the return is rejected (e.g., item installed or damaged by customer), we will notify you within 48 hours with rationale grounds. You may choose to have the item returned to you at your expense.
