The use of this website and the placement of an order indicate your acceptance of the following shipping policy, terms, and conditions.
1. Order Processing & Handling
Handling Time: All orders are verified, processed, and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
Warehouse Location: Packages are shipped from our warehouses in China or Hong Kong.
Order Verification (Fraud Prevention): To protect our customers, we may verify your identity and the validity of the purchase through your credit/debit card issuer. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please ensure it is added as an authorized address with your card issuer. This process may slightly delay shipment.
Out of Stock: In the rare event (less than 1%) that a part is out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email. You will have the option to wait for the item to arrive at our warehouse or cancel the order for a full refund.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer worldwide shipping. The shipping cost is determined by the total price (for standard items) or the weight (for oversized items) of your order.
A. Standard Air Shipping (Lightweight Items)
For standard accessories and parts weighing under 22lbs (approx. 10kg), we ship via Air Parcel in default (e.g., USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen etc.). In special circumstances, if the customer requests expedited service, we can also provide you with a separate quote.
Estimated Delivery: 10-15 Business Days.
Shipping Rates:
- Orders $0 - $50.00: $3.99
- Orders $50.99 - $99.99: $4.99
- Orders over $100.00: FREE Shipping
B. Heavy/Oversized Shipping (Sea Freight)
For large body parts (bumpers, hoods, door panels, etc.) weighing over 22lbs (approx. 10kg), we ship via Sea Freight followed by local truck delivery.
Estimated Delivery: 30-45 Business Days.
Shipping Rates (Calculated by Weight):
- 20lb – 66lb: $54.99
- 66.1lb – 200lb: $99.99
- 200.1lb – 500lb: $199.00
Note: For oversized items delivered to remote areas or outside standard city zip codes, additional carrier surcharges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you via email to confirm the cost before shipping. You will have the right to cancel the order if you do not accept the additional charges.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Packaging
PO Box / APO / FPO Addresses: We support shipping to PO Boxes and Military addresses (APO/FPO). However, please allow additional time for delivery. Expedited shipping or Oversized items are NOT available for these address types.
Multiple Packages: Due to the shape, size, or potential for damage of automotive parts, your order may be repackaged and shipped in multiple boxes. These packages may arrive on different days. You will receive tracking information for each individual package.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost (unless otherwise stated).
For US Customers: Orders under $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties.
For International Customers (Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.): Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, or taxes charged by your country’s customs department upon arrival. We have no control over these charges.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Activation: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's website.
How to Track: You can track your order status via our website's [Order Track] page or directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Issues & Responsibilities
Incorrect/Undeliverable Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. EVparts4x4.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an address correction is requested after the package has shipped, any additional carrier fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost Packages: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days. We will assist in tracking the package and filing a claim with the carrier.
Refused Packages: If a package is refused by the customer for personal reasons (e.g., refusing to pay customs duties or changed mind without a valid return authorization), the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee, but shipping costs are non-refundable.
Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers make 3 delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us after failed attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. Sales Tax
We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of the states where we have economic nexus. If your order is shipped to a jurisdiction where we are obligated to collect sales tax, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Vehicle Illustrations: Vehicle illustrations displayed on the website are for reference only. Specific configurations may vary. Please do not order parts based solely on illustrations.
Liability: EVparts4x4.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.
Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will contact you to explain the issue and offer the option to purchase at the correct price or receive a full refund.
