How do I return an item?Â
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers must contact us and obtain an RMA number and refund address within 30 calendar days of shipment. Oversized items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please copy and fill in the RMA page content below and send to our official email address. Our customer service team will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. We need this time to investigate and resolve the issue according to the situation before we can confirm if meets regulation.
Return Steps:
Step 1: Please submit an RMA request via email using the form on the page.
Step 2: Provide us with relevant information such as the sales order, invoice number, part number(s) for return, packaging condition, and the reason for the return.
Step 3: If the RMA is authorized, our RMA department will send the RMA number and refund address details to your registered email.
Step 4: You will need to print and completely fill out the RMA form.
Step 5: Please place the completed RMA form inside the return package with the part(s) being returned. Send the package to the address specified on the RMA form. You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Step 6: Submit the return tracking number and RMA number through our official email.
Step 7:Â After confirming receipt of the goods and reviewing them for accuracy, a refund will be requested for you within 7 working days.
