How do I return an item?
To ensure your return is processed correctly and your refund is issued promptly, all returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Returns sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please copy and fill in the RMA page content below and send to our official email address. Our customer service team will respond to you within 48 hours.
Before initiating a request, please review our Return & Refund Policy to confirm your item meets the eligibility requirements (e.g., return window, condition, and non-returnable items).
Return Steps:

Step 1: Please submit an RMA request via email using the form in the Appendix below. Copy and fill the form and send it to our official email: support@evparts4x4.com.

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours. If you are claiming a damaged or defective item, please ensure you have attached clear photos of the product and packaging.

Step 3: If the RMA is authorised, we will email you an RMA Number and the specific Return Warehouse Address.
Note: If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), a prepaid shipping label will be included. For personal returns, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.

Step 4: Print your RMA form with the RMA Number and address filled, and include it in the return package. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Step 5: Send the package to the address specified in our email. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
