Order Placement
How do I place an order?
Browse the website, select your items, add them to the cart, proceed to checkout, leave any possible query, and complete the payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use shopify payment as our primary payment channel, it typically accept major credit cards and digital wallets like Apple Pay.
Why is my Shopify Payment not working?
Payment failures can occur several reasons: 1) Incorrect payment information (card number, expiry date, CVV, or billing address mismatch). 2) Insufficient funds or exceeded credit limit. 3) Card restrictions (e.g., suspected fraud, nransaction disputes initiated by the bank or cardholder). 4) Network issues (instability, interruption, or slow speed during processing). 5) Device or browser incompatibility (outdated OS or browser version).
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is processed by our system, modifications are generally not possible. You could cancel it and re-order with the right selection.
Can I place an order via email?
We do not recommend sending sensitive information like credit card details via email due to security concerns. Please use the secure ordering channels on our website.
How do I use a discount code?
On the final checkout page, find the box labeled "Apply Source Code [+]" or similar and enter your code. Note: Even if the total doesn't update immediately, the code will be verified and the discount applied during order processing, subject to its terms.

How can I ensure the product fits my vehicle?
Carefully check your vehicle's make, model, year, and Part Number (if applicable) against the information on the product

Can I track my order? How can i track my order?
If shipped via a trackable carrier, a tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch, you could find an "order tracking" page via support channel. You can also log in to "MY ACCOUNT" to view order history and shipping information.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
In the rare event (<1% chance) a part is out of stock after ordering, we will notify you with the option to cancel that part or the entire order. Normally, the exact SKU will not be clickable or orderable.

How can I ensure the product fits my vehicle?
Carefully check your vehicle's make, model, year, and Part Number (if applicable) against the information on the product page. Contact customer service if unsure.
What is the product made of? How is the quality?
Material details are usually provided on the product description page. We prioritize quality and durability.
Is the product difficult to install?
Most parts are designed for easy installation. Refer to the installation instructions on the product detail page. We are also working on adding installation videos.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
How long does the return and refund process take?
If the return passes inspection, feedback regarding your refund will typically be submitted within 7 business days upon its delivery to us (with justification if needed). Shipping time for replacement items varies based on when we receive the return and parts.
How do I request a return?
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Contact us within 30 calendar days of the shipment date to obtain an RMA. Large items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please see the full returns policy.
What are the basic conditions for returns?
Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Original tags must be attached and unaltered; the packaging must not be marked or damaged. The RMA form must be included. Items listed as non-returnable in our policy are excluded.
What should I do if I received the wrong or a defective item?
Submit the relevant details and your request via the RMA form within 30 days of shpiping date.
