Pasos de instalación

1. Fijación y desconexión del vehículo: Asegúrese de que el vehículo esté levantado y apoyado de forma segura y desconecte el terminal negativo de la batería.
2. Separación de la caja de cambios: De acuerdo con el manual del modelo, desmonte gradualmente las piezas que impiden sacar la caja de cambios (como el eje de transmisión, la conexión de la palanca de cambios, el arnés de cableado, etc.) y retire de forma segura el conjunto de la caja de cambios.
3. Retire el embrague antiguo: Retire los pernos del plato de presión del embrague antiguo y retire el plato de presión y el disco de embrague. Inspeccione y considere reemplazar el cojinete piloto (centro del volante).
4. Inspección y limpieza del volante: Inspeccione la superficie de trabajo del volante para detectar superficies planas, abrasión o grietas. PUNTOS CLAVE: Se recomienda pulir o reemplazar los volantes dañados para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo y la longevidad de los embragues nuevos. Limpie el volante y las superficies de fijación del motor.
5. Instale el nuevo disco de embrague: utilizando la herramienta de centrado especial, alinee el nuevo disco de embrague (observe la diferencia entre los lados delantero y trasero, generalmente con la marca “FLYWHEEL SIDE” hacia el volante) con el centro del volante.
6. Instale la nueva placa de presión: cubra la nueva placa con el disco de embrague, alinee los orificios de los tornillos y apriete los pernos de la placa al par especificado en diagonal varias veces, paso a paso. Punto clave: aplicar una fuerza uniforme para evitar la deformación de la placa de presión.
7. Reemplazo del cojinete de liberación: Instale un cojinete de liberación nuevo (si está incluido en el kit, reemplace también la horquilla o sus piezas relacionadas).
8. Reinicio de la caja de cambios: Instale con cuidado la caja de cambios en su posición original, asegurándose de que el eje de entrada esté correctamente insertado en las estrías del disco de embrague. Vuelva a conectar todas las piezas en orden inverso al de desmontaje.
9. Conexiones y comprobaciones: Vuelva a conectar el borne negativo de la batería. Compruebe el recorrido libre del pedal del embrague y ajústelo si es necesario.
10. Arranque y prueba en carretera: Arranque el motor y compruebe si el embrague se desacopla completamente, se acopla con suavidad y si hay ruidos o vibraciones anormales. Consejo: El embrague nuevo requiere un cierto período de rodaje; conduzca con cuidado al principio.

Installation Guides

1. Vehicle securing and disconnecting: Ensure that the vehicle is safely lifted and securely supported, and disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Gearbox Separation: According to the model manual, gradually dismantle the parts that prevent the gearbox from being taken out (such as the drive shaft, gear lever connection, wiring harness, etc.), and safely remove the gearbox assembly.
3. Remove the old clutch: Remove the old clutch pressure plate bolts and remove the pressure plate and clutch disc. Inspect and consider replacing the pilot bearing (flywheel center).
4. Flywheel Inspection and Cleaning: Inspect the flywheel working surface for flatness, abrasion or cracks. KEY POINTS: Polishing or replacing damaged flywheels is recommended to ensure optimum performance and longevity of new clutches. Clean flywheel and engine attachment surfaces.
5. Install the new clutch disc: Using the special centering tool, align the new clutch disc (note the difference between the front and back sides, usually with the “FLYWHEEL SIDE” mark towards the flywheel) to the center of the flywheel.
6. Install the new pressure plate: cover the new pressure plate with the clutch disc and align the screw holes, and tighten the pressure plate bolts to the specified torque in a diagonal manner for several times step by step. The key point: uniform force, avoid pressure plate deformation.
7. Replacement of Release Bearing: Install a new release bearing (if included in the kit, replace the fork or its related parts as well).
8. Gearbox reset: Carefully install the gearbox back into its original position, making sure that the input shaft is accurately inserted into the splines of the clutch disc. Reconnect all parts in reverse order of disassembly.
9. Connections and checks: Reconnect the negative battery terminal. Check the clutch pedal free travel and adjust if necessary.
10. Start and road test: Start the engine and test whether the clutch disengages completely, combines smoothly, and whether there is any abnormal noise or shaking. Tip: The new clutch needs a certain break-in period, please drive gently at the beginning.
