Installation Guides

Access the Factory Light: Open the Frunk. Locate the small factory light on the back wall of the trunk area. Use a plastic pry tool to gently pop the light housing out and disconnect the power cable.

Connect the Y-Harness: Plug the vehicle's original power cable into one end of our provided Y-harness. Plug the second end back into the factory light (so it still functions) and the third end into the LED controller box.

Clean the Mounting Surface: Use an alcohol wipe to clean the inner rim of the Frunk's rubber seal or the plastic edge where the strip will be attached. Good adhesion requires a wax-free surface.

Layout the LED Strip: Peel the 3M adhesive backing from the LED strip. Starting from the center (near the latch) or the corner, press the strip firmly along the inner perimeter of the Frunk. Ensure it is tucked slightly under the weather stripping for a clean look.

Secure the Controller: Use the included double-sided foam tape to mount the small controller box and any excess wiring behind the plastic trim or under the Frunk liner to keep it hidden and rattle-free.

Test & Sync: Open the Frunk to verify the lights turn on. Download the "LED Lamp" app (via the QR code on the controller), connect via Bluetooth, and customize your colors and brightness levels.
