The use of this website is subject to the following policies, terms, and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. Your use of this website and placement of an order signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping services. Specific shipping methods may vary based on the product and shipping destination.
We also support shipping to PO boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). If you choose delivery to an APO/FPO address, please allow additional time for order processing. Expedited shipping or shipping of oversized items is not available for these address types.
Upon entry into the destination country, shipments are generally handled by the local postal service, such as USPS in the United States. Orders weighing under 22 lbs are typically shipped via air freight by default. For items weighing over 22 lbs, shipping will be via sea freight, with delivery defaulting to within city center postal codes. For remote addresses or postal codes, delivery will be handled by local truck freight, and any additional handling fees and shipping costs will be confirmed with the buyer via email before shipment.
For international orders, customs duties and fees are not included in the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs charges that may arise, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges, over which we have no control.
If your order amount is substantial, please contact us for assistance with possible alternative payment methods.
Shipping Timeframes
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. However, due to product availability and warehouse location, your order may be shipped in separate packages, and you will be notified in advance. If certain items are out of stock, we will contact you via email to determine whether you wish to cancel or wait. Please note that currently, our warehouses are located only in China or Hong Kong, so our shipping times vary for different countries. Typically, items under 22 lbs take 10-15 business days to arrive. All orders must be shipped by mail; no on-site pickup service is available.
Shipping Inquiry
Once your order has shipped, you can find the tracking number in your backend order information. For more detailed tracking information, you can use the tracking number on the homepage's "Order Track" feature or on the relevant logistics carrier's website. If you encounter any issues with your package's transit, please contact us for assistance.
Once an order status shows "Packaging," "Awaiting Delivery," or "Shipped," it cannot be modified or canceled.
Customers will be responsible for and pay additional shipping costs in the following situations:
Inaccurate/Undeliverable Shipping
Please ensure your shipping address is deliverable and complete. EVparts4x4.com is not responsible for inaccurate/undeliverable shipping addresses. Customers should provide a correct and deliverable address to ensure smooth delivery by the local postal service.
Failed Delivery
A maximum of three delivery attempts will be made (excluding weekends and holidays). If the package cannot be delivered after the third attempt, local logistics will return the package to the sender. Customers will be responsible for and pay two shipping fees: one for the original delivery and another for the return of the undeliverable package.
A notice will be left in case of failed delivery, and customers can arrange redelivery based on the final notice date on the slip.
Refused Package
If a customer refuses to accept a package without proper justification, the customer will still be responsible for the original shipping cost. Items returned to the warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Returned to Sender
All packages returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery will incur a 20% restocking fee and a return shipping fee for the failed delivery (equivalent to the original shipping cost), and additional return charges may apply. Refunds will be issued after deducting the 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees; the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
In Transit
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email. If the tracking number is invalid or not updated, please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to update on the relevant logistics website. If the tracking number remains invalid or unchanged, please contact us for assistance.
If the tracking information shows an incorrect destination, please contact us immediately for assistance. Any address corrections will incur additional charges, or you can contact the carrier to request pickup at a local customer center within 5 business days. A valid government-issued ID is required for pickup.
Sales Tax
We collect and remit sales tax in accordance with the relevant tax laws of the states in which we operate. If your order is shipped to a state where sales tax is required, sales tax will be charged to the order. If you have any questions, please consult a tax professional.
Pricing
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing on our website, some products may be priced incorrectly. Due to different product sourcing channels and varying costs, if a competitor's price is more than 20% lower than our listed price, please provide relevant proof. We can then assess, based on our costs, whether to charge and ship at the lower price, and we will first notify you and ask whether you wish to continue or cancel the order.
In the event of a pricing error on the website, we will contact the customer before processing the order and provide the correct price. The order will only proceed after the customer agrees. EVparts4x4.com reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer does not agree to the correct price.
Shipping Costs
Most small and light item orders will be shipped via air freight, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch, excluding holidays or customs inspections. The shipping fee charged to the buyer will be displayed on the order page. Especially for oversized or overweight items (over 22 lbs), shipping will be via sea freight and then handled by local logistics. Therefore, we only charge a portion of the shipping cost to cover the high transportation expenses. If delivery is outside the city's postal code range, additional truck freight fees will apply and will be confirmed with the customer via email before arranging warehouse dispatch. Such items include bumpers, body panels, hoods, door panels, etc.
Order Processing
Customers will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment. Most orders will be verified by our customer service team within 24 business hours, then forwarded to the parts department for processing.
Credit Card/Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent activity, we protect customer privacy by verifying your identity and validating the authenticity of your purchase through address verification with your credit/debit card issuer.
If you wish to have items shipped to an address different from your billing address, please contact your card issuer and add the shipping address as an authorized receiving address. We will verify this information with your credit card issuer after you place your order.
Packaging
Most parts will be shipped in their original packaging. In a few cases, due to shape, size, or potential damage, we may need to repackage items, and items may be shipped in different boxes.
Out of Stock
In the rare event of out-of-stock parts (less than 1% probability), we will notify the customer and offer the option to cancel that part of the order or the entire order. If the customer chooses to wait, their credit card will not be charged until the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready for shipment.
Disclaimer
Parts in certain orders may have updated substitute information. Our parts specialists will independently verify and ship the updated substitute parts. Simultaneously, the updated part numbers are usually provided on the packing list and invoice.
Vehicle illustrations displayed on the website are for reference only. The vehicles shown are examples of the same model, and specific optional configurations may vary. Do not order parts based solely on illustrations.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Your order confirmation is merely a proposal to purchase, not a completed sales contract. The contract is only completed when the goods are shipped.
Limitation of Liability
EVparts4x4.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or other damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the website, products, or information, or any function on the website, even if EVparts4x4.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall the total liability of EVparts4x4.com and its affiliates exceed the amount paid by you for accessing the website or purchasing products.
