Instruções de instalação

Installation Guides

Preparation & Cleaning: Open the trunk and locate the mounting area near the upper rear windshield. Clean the application surface thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to remove any dust, oils, or glass cleaner residue. This ensures maximum adhesion.

Accessing the Wiring: Remove the three plastic clips securing the rear parcel shelf cover or headliner edge. Gently pull the panel down to expose the factory third brake light connector.

Connection (Plug & Play / T-Tap): * If Plug & Play: Simply disconnect the factory harness and plug in the new EVParts4x4 light connector.

If Hardwired: Use the provided T-tap connectors to bridge the Red wire to the Positive (+) brake signal wire and the Black wire to the Ground (-) wire.

Positioning & Mounting: Before peeling the adhesive backing, dry-fit the light to ensure perfect alignment. Once aligned, peel the 3M adhesive protector and press the light firmly onto the mounting surface for 30 seconds.

Final Testing: Have a friend press the brake pedal to ensure the light illuminates correctly. Check that there are no "Bulb Out" error codes on your dashboard.

Reassembly: Tuck the excess wiring neatly behind the trim and reinstall the plastic clips/panels.
