Etapas de instalação

1. Localize os furos dos parafusos pré-perfurados em ambos os lados do teto do Tank 300 para montar o bagageiro.
2. Alinhe os suportes de fixação esquerdo e direito com os furos dos parafusos reservados na carroceria do carro.
3. Use os parafusos de suporte para fixar o suporte na carroceria do carro inicialmente, não é necessário apertá-lo completamente por enquanto, deixando espaço para ajustes finos.
4. Coloque cuidadosamente o corpo do bagageiro nos suportes de fixação esquerdo e direito instalados.
5. Ajuste a posição geral do bagageiro para garantir que esteja nivelado e centralizado e, em seguida, aperte todos os parafusos firmemente, um por um.

1. Preparation

Tools Required: Basic hex key (Allen wrench) and a socket wrench set.

Inspection: Unpack all components and ensure you have the side racks, support brackets, horizontal shelves (if applicable), and the hardware kit (countersunk screws and bolts).

2.Side Rack Installation (Window Area -SKU 01/05/06 )

Identify Mounting Points: Locate the original grab handle/fixing points near the rear side windows.

Positioning: Align the left and right window racks with the factory holes.

Fixing: Secure the brackets using the provided bolts. Do not fully tighten until the entire assembly is aligned.

3. Lower Storage Box Installation (Wheel Arch Area - SKU 02/03/04/06)

Clean Area: Ensure the wheel arch carpet area is clear.

Alignment: Place the side storage boxes over the wheel arches. Align them with the factory tie-down loop points or pre-drilled holes in the trunk floor.

Secure: Use the heavy-duty bolts to fix the box frames to the vehicle body.

4. Horizontal Shelves & Tactical Table Assembly (Upper & lower horizontal rack - SKU 03/04/05/06/08)

Middle/Lower Shelf: Slot the shelf (or tactical table) between the side storage boxes. Use the quick-release knobs or countersunk screws to secure it in place.

Top Shelf: If installing the high-level rack, mount the shelf onto the top brackets of the window racks.

Note for Table: If your SKU includes the tactical table, ensure the foldable legs are tucked securely before driving.

5. Final Adjustments

Check Clearance: Ensure the right-side rack does not obstruct the speaker (for Hybrid models) or the 12V power outlet.

Tighten All Fasteners: Once everything is level and aligned, tighten all screws and bolts firmly.

Load Test: Apply light pressure to ensure the structure is rigid and rattle-free.
