  1. Mark Alignment Points Without removing the tape backing, place the spoiler on the trunk lid and measure from both sides to ensure it is perfectly centered. Use masking tape to mark the exact position of the corners for reference.
  2. Clean Mounting Surface Thoroughly clean the mounting area with soap and water, followed by a generous wipe-down with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol to remove any wax, ceramic coating, or residue that could cause detachment.
  3. Apply Adhesion Promoter If included, wipe a thin layer of adhesion promoter onto the area where the 3M tape will sit and wait 1 minute for it to become tacky.
  4. Prepare Tape Backing Peel back about 2 inches (5cm) of the red adhesive liner from both ends of the spoiler and fold the tabs outward to allow position adjustment before the tape fully grabs.
