Two Installation Methods, One Design

We offer two installation methods, allowing you to choose the best option for your preferences and needs, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.

• Installation Method 1: Screw Fixation Use the self-tapping screws provided with the product for installation. Simply tighten the screws to achieve a sturdy and long-lasting hold. This method is ideal for users who prioritize maximum security and permanence.
• Installation Method 2: Adhesive Installation Purchase a tube of dedicated automotive glass adhesive from a hardware store for a glued installation. Apply the adhesive evenly and press the product firmly into place. This method is suitable for users who want to avoid drilling and prefer a clean, damage-free aesthetic.

Installation 

Note on Fitment:

• Due to different model years and versions, there may be a slight gap in the arc of the installation area on some vehicles. This will not affect the installation. Simply apply more automotive glass adhesive to fill the gap during installation.

• (Some models may have slight gaps. Please consider this before purchasing if you are concerned about it!)

Adhesive Installation Steps:

1. Clean the Car Body: Thoroughly clean the installation area.

2. Align and Position: Compare the spoiler to the car body to confirm the optimal installation position.

3. Apply Adhesion Promoter: Apply the included adhesion promoter evenly to the installation area.

4. Apply Adhesive: Apply an even bead of automotive glass adhesive to the installation surface of the spoiler.

5. Secure and Wait: Once the position is aligned, use tape or plastic sheets to temporarily secure the spoiler, then weigh it down with heavy objects.

6. Cure and Remove: Wait for 5-7 hours for the glass adhesive to cure, then remove the tape and weights. The installation is now complete.

Important Installation Tips:

For adhesive installation, please choose [Automotive Sheet Metal Glass Adhesive] or [Neutral Glass Adhesive with good viscosity].

If you need to remove the spoiler later, any residual adhesive can be cleaned off by a car wash technician with a glue remover, which will not damage the car's paint.

Glass adhesive is prohibited from shipping, so it needs to be purchased separately. It is generally available at hardware stores or auto repair shops.
