Who can join the Owner Rewards Program?
The program is designed primarily for EVparts4x4 customers who want to share products they use with friends, owner groups and other drivers. No minimum follower count is required.
How much can I earn?
Starter members earn 3%. Builder members earn 5% after US$500 in cumulative approved referral sales. Trailblazer members earn 8% after US$2,000. Only completed, non-refunded orders count toward your level.
What does my friend receive when using my link?
Your friend receives the current eligible offers shown on EVparts4x4. The current automatic Spend & Save offer is: spend US$80 and save US$8; spend US$150 and save US$18; or spend US$300 and save US$45. The highest eligible tier is applied automatically at checkout, with no referral coupon required. Promotions may change.
Does my friend receive free shipping?
Qualifying orders of US$100 or more receive free shipping under the current offer. The threshold is calculated using qualifying merchandise value after applicable product discounts. Taxes and other charges do not count. Other currencies may display the local equivalent.
Can Spend & Save be combined with other discounts?
The automatic Spend & Save offer cannot be combined with another discount or quantity offer unless checkout specifically shows that the offers are combinable. Because the referral link tracks rather than applies a separate coupon, it does not replace the eligible store promotion.
Does my friend need a referral code?
No. Your personal link records the referral automatically. Your friend should complete the purchase in the same browser after following the link so the referral can be recorded correctly.
How long does tracking last?
A referral can be tracked for up to 30 days after a valid click, subject to cookies and attribution rules. Changing devices or browsers, clearing cookies or using another referral link can affect attribution.
How is my commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on net merchandise value after discounts. Shipping, taxes, gift cards, cancelled orders, returned products and refunded amounts are excluded. For example, if a US$150 order receives an US$18 discount, commission is calculated on US$132.
When and how will I be paid?
Commissions remain pending until the cancellation and return period has passed. Approved commissions are paid monthly through PayPal once your available balance reaches US$50.
Can I earn commission on my own purchases?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and attempts to manipulate referral tracking are not eligible for commission.
Where can I share my link?
You may share it with friends, owner groups, social media followers, forums and communities that permit promotional links. Coupon-leak websites, spam, misleading ads and paid ads bidding on the EVparts4x4 brand are not allowed.
What happens when two referral links are used?
Referral credit is normally assigned to the last valid referral interaction recorded before purchase. EVparts4x4 may review disputed or suspicious referrals before approving commission.
