They are two separate stalks. On these MG models the steering column has a left stalk for turn signals and headlights, and a right stalk for the wipers/washer — each is an independent assembly with its own connector. Order only the side that's faulty, or both if you need to replace both.
Pick the stalk you need to replace: the Wiper Switch controls the windscreen wipers and washer; the Headlight Turn Signal Switch controls the indicators, headlights and (where fitted) front/rear fog lights.
