Installation steps

Step 1:Preparation - Safety First

Vehicle immobilization: Raise the vehicle using a professional lift and make sure it is securely locked in place, or use a heavy-duty jack and safety stands on a level surface.
Disconnect the power: Disconnect the vehicle's high voltage and 12V power supplies as instructed by the vehicle model to ensure there is no risk of electric shock during the installation.
Remove the wheels: Remove the wheels on the side of the suspension that needs to be replaced, one at a time.

Step 2: Core component disassembly - precision operation

Separate the connection points: Carefully remove the factory suspension connections one at a time, including, but not limited to, the upper control arm bolts, the steering knuckle bolts, and the top and bottom mounting bolts for the shock absorbers. 
Remove the stock suspension: After all connections have been separated, remove the factory suspension assembly in its entirety. Keep the removed screws and accessories in a safe place.

Step 3: New Suspension Installation - Alignment Tightening

Installation of new kit: Align our high performance suspension kit to the stock mounting location.
Initial fixation:Hand tighten all screws in first to ensure thread alignment, do not use a blower to tighten directly.
Torque tightening: Using a calibrated torque wrench, tighten all bolts in sequence according to the torque specifications provided. This is critical to ensure safe driving and performance!

Step 4: Recovery and Inspection - Final Safeguards

Restore the connection: Reconnect all sensor wiring and cables that were disconnected during the installation process.
Wheel Installation: Put the wheel back on and tighten the wheel nuts to the specified torque.
Restore power and self-test: Reconnect power to the vehicle, start the vehicle and check the instrument panel for any fault codes or alarms.
4-Wheel Alignment: After installation, a professional 4-wheel alignment must be performed to ensure vehicle handling, stability and proper tire wear.
