Installation steps

Open the Hood and Remove the Engine Cover:

First, open the car’s hood and locate the engine cover. Remove the cover to clearly access the cylinder wires.

Disconnect the Cylinder Wires:

Carefully disconnect the cylinder wires by hand. Each wire is connected to a spark plug, so remember their original order to ensure proper reinstallation later.

Remove the Old Spark Plugs:

Using a specialized long socket wrench, unscrew the spark plugs from the engine. Apply even and moderate force to avoid damaging the spark plugs or the engine.

Install the New Spark Plugs:

Install the new spark plugs into the engine. Pay close attention to the spark plug gap, as it significantly affects engine performance. The gap should generally be between 0.7–0.9mm.

Tighten and Inspect:

After installing the new spark plugs, tighten them securely and ensure they are firmly connected to the cylinder wires. Finally, restart the engine to check if the spark plugs are functioning correctly and ensure there are no abnormal sounds or vibrations.
