This is a target configuration for the MG4 reverse-camera kit. Select MG4 Vision Decoder + Backup Camera and send your VIN and a photo of the powered-on factory screen for a final head-unit check before dispatch. The 360-degree system requires its own compatibility confirmation.
MG4 Vision Decoder is for a verified compatible camera you already own. MG4 Vision Decoder + Backup Camera adds a rear camera. MG4 Vision Decoder + 360° Camera System is the separate surround-view option. The MG GS ZS 6 options use different vehicle-specific hardware and must not be selected for an MG4.
No. The Backup Camera option provides a rear view only. A stitched bird's-eye view requires the separate Decoder + 360° Camera System, multiple camera positions and calibration after installation. Adding a decoder to one rear camera does not create a true surround view.
The reverse-camera kit is designed to retain the vehicle's existing audible parking-sensor alerts and supports PDC graphic overlay on compatible factory systems. Confirm the visual overlay for your head-unit version. The kit does not add parking sensors to a vehicle without them, and overlay behavior must be checked separately for the 360-degree option.
For a confirmed MG4 reverse-camera configuration, the dedicated T-harness connects without cutting the factory harness and no OBD coding is required. A factory camera mounting provision is needed for a no-drill rear-camera installation. The 360-degree kit has additional camera mounting and calibration requirements; drilling or trim work may be needed depending on the vehicle.
The reverse-camera decoder supports steering-responsive guidelines on compatible vehicle and head-unit configurations. Guideline display and steering response should be tested during installation. The layout of the 360-degree interface may differ; contact us to confirm the functions for your selected system.

The MG4 reverse-camera installation uses access to the factory multimedia unit behind the passenger-side glovebox. The central screen is retained. Access and routing for the 360-degree system may differ because additional cameras must be installed.

This estimate does not apply to the 360-degree kit, which requires additional camera installation, wiring and surround-view calibration. Ask your installer for a separate estimate.
