Installation Steps
- Position the Dash Cam: Attach the mounting bracket to the windshield, preferably behind the rearview mirror for optimal coverage.
- Secure the Dash Cam: Slide the dash cam into the mounting bracket until it clicks into place.
- Connect Power: Run the power cable from the dash cam to the 12V power socket or designated USB port in your car. Use the included cable clips to secure the cable along the edges for a clean setup.
- Adjust the View: Turn on the dash cam and adjust the angle to ensure the road ahead is fully captured.
- Final Check: Confirm the dash cam is securely mounted, powered on, and recording properly.

Shipping
Shipping cost is based on order weights, Just add products to your cart to see the shipping price and estimated delivery methods.
Currently our warehouse is based in China or Hong Kong, so for different countries our delivery time is different. After order confirmed, we'll prepare the order and dispatch within 2-4 working days. we choose the transportation method according to the weights of the order. Usually 22lbs or less of the goods go by air, it estimates to take 7-15 working days to arrive after dispatched. Orders above 22lbs generally go by sea, the estimated time will be 30-45 working days depending on the target address. All orders must be shipped by mail, can not provide on-site pickup service for the moment.
Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers must contact us within 30 calendar days of shipment or within 5 business days of receipt of the item, for Large items it depends. Please submit the form on the RMA page of our website, our customer service will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours, we need take time to investigate and review. Once the return or refund case is approved, we'll reply the return address and customer send parcel back. Details Please refer to our return policy page.
