Description

Constructed from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials, this oil pan is built to withstand extreme conditions and prolonged use. Its advanced design ensures secure oil containment, minimizes leakage risks, and enhances oil cooling for better engine performance and longevity.

Durable Build

Manufactured from aluminum, offering exceptional strength and resistance to wear and corrosion.

Enhanced Cooling

Optimized surface area to promote heat dissipation, helping maintain optimal engine temperature.

Ease of Installation

Includes pre-drilled holes for a straightforward, hassle-free installation.

Installation steps

1.Prepare Tools

Make sure you have the proper tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, a new oil pan, oil, etc.

2.Drain the old oil

Park the vehicle on a smooth surface, open the engine compartment cover, locate the oil drain bolt under the oil pan, and slowly unscrew the bolt to allow the old oil to flow out. Be careful to avoid contact with hot oil and check the condition of the oil drain bolt.

3.Remove the old oil pan

Use the proper tools to remove the screws on the oil pan. If the screws are rusty or difficult to remove, use a lubricant to help. After disassembly, clean any residual sealant from the old oil pan.

4.Clean and prepare the new oil pan

Clean the contact surfaces of the new oil pan to make sure it is compatible with the rest of the engine. If necessary, apply a fresh coat of sealant to the new oil pan. In some cases, a coat of engine oil can also be applied to the new oil pan to aid in installation.

5.Install the new oil pan

Place the new oil pan in the correct location and reinstall the screws in diagonal order using the appropriate tools. Make sure the screws are tight but not overly tight to prevent damage to the oil pan or other engine components.

6.Inspection and testing

After replacing the oil pan, check for leaks. Start the engine and run it for a period of time, check that the indicator light on the instrument panel goes out, make sure that everything is normal, and then repeat the oil level check.
