Installation Guides

  1. Drain Engine Oil Safely drain the existing engine oil into a suitable container and allow the engine to cool completely before proceeding.
  2. Remove Old Cooler Disconnect hoses and unbolt the original oil cooler from its mounting location, taking note of the connection points.
  3. Install New Cooler Position the new oil cooler in place and secure it with the provided bolts, ensuring all connections align properly with the engine block.
  4. Reconnect Hoses Reattach the inlet and outlet hoses to the new cooler, using new seals if provided to prevent leaks.
  5. Refill with Oil Pour the recommended grade of engine oil back into the engine and check the level with the dipstick.
  6. Test for Leaks Start the engine and run it at idle for 2-3 minutes, inspecting all connections for any signs of oil seepage.
