Installation Steps

For the best adhesion and long-lasting results, please follow these installation instructions carefully:

• Clean the Surface: Thoroughly clean the area on the window frame where the visor will be attached using a clean cloth and a suitable cleaner (isopropyl alcohol wipes or clean water recommended). Ensure the surface is completely free of dust, oil, water spots, and wax residue.
  • Tip: In cold weather, you can use a hairdryer to gently warm the adhesive tape on the back of the visor and the application area on the car (just warm it slightly, no need for prolonged heating). This improves the initial tackiness of the tape.
• Position and Stick: Peel off the red protective film from the adhesive backing on the visor. Carefully align the visor with the window frame edge. Once you are satisfied with the position, gently place it onto the frame.
• Press Firmly: Starting from one end, press down firmly along the entire length of the visor. Go back and forth 2-3 times, applying even pressure with your fingers or a clean, soft cloth to ensure the adhesive tape bonds completely and securely to the frame.
• Allow Adhesive to Cure: After installation, leave the vehicle stationary if possible. Crucially, avoid washing the car or exposing the visors to significant amounts of water for at least 48 hours. This allows the adhesive to fully cure and reach its maximum strength.
• Care Instructions:
  • Important: Never use corrosive liquids such as banana oil, gasoline, tar remover, adhesion promoters, or any harsh chemical solvents to clean the surface of the window visors. These substances will damage the acrylic material, potentially causing cloudiness, discoloration, or other harm. For routine cleaning, simply use water and a soft cloth.
