- Secure: Use provided bolts/fasteners to secure brackets, tightening evenly to the recommended torque.

- Measure & Attach Clips: Measure for placement. Slide special clips or clamps onto the integrated rails, ensuring they're firm.
- Attach Crossbars: Secure the crossbars to these clips using screws or other fasteners.

With Pre-Drilled Holes:
- Locate & Remove Plugs: Find and carefully remove the plastic plugs covering the holes.
- Attach Base Plates & Crossbars: Place base plates over holes, insert bolts, and secure with nuts/washers. Then, install crossbars onto the base plates.
- No Pre-Drilled Holes: DO NOT drill holes yourself. Consult a professional automotive shop for safe installation. Some clamping/suction-cup systems exist, but they may not be as secure for heavy loads; follow manufacturer instructions carefully, ensuring a clean roof surface.

Shipping
Shipping cost is based on order weights, Just add products to your cart to see the shipping price and estimated delivery methods.
Currently our warehouse is based in China or Hong Kong, so for different countries our delivery time is different. After order confirmed, we'll prepare the order and dispatch within 2-4 working days. we choose the transportation method according to the weights of the order. Usually 22lbs or less of the goods go by air, it estimates to take 7-15 working days to arrive after dispatched. Orders above 22lbs generally go by sea, the estimated time will be 30-45 working days depending on the target address. All orders must be shipped by mail, can not provide on-site pickup service for the moment.
Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers must contact us within 30 calendar days of shipment or within 5 business days of receipt of the item, for Large items it depends. Please submit the form on the RMA page of our website, our customer service will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours, we need take time to investigate and review.
