Description
Installation Steps
1.Safety & Tool Prep
Park your Sportage on a flat surface, engage the parking brake, and use wheel chocks. Turn off the engine and remove keys. Wear work gloves and safety glasses. Gather flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers, pliers, and a plastic panel removal tool
2. Front Bumper Installation- Inspect & Clean: Check the new bumper for damage; confirm all hardware is present. Clean the vehicle's mounting area thoroughly.

Remove Old Bumper:
- Open the hood and remove top fasteners (caps/screws).
- From underneath, remove bottom fasteners (caps/screws).
- Turn the steering wheel to access the wheel arch. Peel back the fender liner and remove the screw connecting the bumper to the fender on each side.
- Mount New Bumper: Carefully align the new bumper. Insert and tighten fasteners from the center outwards, alternating sides for an even fit. Install any fog lamps or sensors, ensuring electrical connections are secure.
- Inspect & Clean: Check the new bumper for defects and confirm all hardware. Clean the vehicle's rear mounting area thoroughly.

Remove Old Bumper:
- Open the trunk. Remove the two screws on each side holding the taillights, and any additional components (pistons/screws) near them. Carefully remove the taillights.
- In the wheel arches, unscrew the screws attaching the fender liner.
- From underneath, unscrew the two bolts on each side connecting the bumper reinforcement to the body.
- Mount New Bumper: Lift the new bumper into place, aligning it precisely with the mounting points. Secure with provided fasteners, tightening from the center outwards. Reconnect any electrical components like the rear-view camera or sensors.
- Visual Inspection: Walk around and ensure both bumpers are evenly aligned with the vehicle's body, with no gaps.
- Security Check: Gently tug on the bumpers to confirm they're securely attached. Re-tighten any loose fasteners.
- Functionality Check: Test all associated electrical components (fog lamps, camera, sensors). Confirm bumpers don't interfere with doors, hood, trunk, or wheels.

Currently our warehouse is based in China or Hong Kong, so for different countries our delivery time is different, we choose the transportation method according to the weights of the order. Usually 22lbs or less of the goods go by air, it estimates to take 10-15 working days to arrive after dispatched. Orders above 22lbs generally go by sea, the estimated time will be 30-45 working days depending on the target address. All orders must be shipped by mail, can not provide on-site pickup service for the moment.
Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers must contact us within 30 calendar days of shipment or within 5 business days of receipt of the item, for Large items it depends. Please submit the form on the RMA page of our website, our customer service will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours, we need take time to investigate and review.
