Installation Guides

Locate the Intakes: Open the hood and locate the two air intake recesses near the base of the windshield (cowl area).

Clear Existing Debris: Before installing, manually remove any leaves, twigs, or sand that may have already accumulated in the intake vents. A vacuum or compressed air can be used for a thorough clean.

Surface Prep: Wipe the edges of the factory plastic vent area with a damp cloth and then dry it. This ensures the guard sits perfectly flush against the vehicle.

Orientation: Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) guards. The contoured edges are designed to follow the specific curves of each side of the Tank 300's cowl.

Snap-In Fitting: Align the guard over the vent. Starting from one corner, apply firm downward pressure until you hear a distinct "click," indicating the clips have engaged with the factory grill.

Security Check: Gently tug on the edges of the guard to ensure it is locked in place and does not rattle.
