Installation Guides

  1. Prepare the Vehicle Park on a flat surface and use a jack with stands or a lift to safely access the undercarriage. Ensure the vehicle is secure before beginning work.
  2. Remove Factory Shields If equipped, remove existing factory skid plates using a socket wrench. Retain bolts as some may be reused for the new installation.
  3. Install Radiator Plate Position the radiator skid plate at the mounting points and secure with provided bolts. Tighten evenly using a socket wrench.
  4. Attach Engine Plate Align the engine skid plate under the engine area and bolt to mounting points. Ensure the plate is level before fully tightening all fasteners.
  5. Secure Transmission Plate Position the transmission skid plate over its mounting holes and attach with bolts. Tighten evenly to ensure proper alignment and load distribution.
  6. Install Transfer Case Plate Place the transfer case skid plate under the transfer case and bolt to pre-drilled holes. Use a torque wrench to tighten to manufacturer specifications.
  7. Attach Fuel Tank Plate Carefully align the fuel tank skid plate (if included) under the fuel tank, ensuring no interference with fuel lines or components. Secure with bolts and tighten properly.
  8. Verify All Connections Inspect all skid plates and use a torque wrench to confirm bolts are tightened to specification. Lower the vehicle and perform a test drive, rechecking bolts after the first off-road use.
