Installation steps

First, we need to remove the cover on the original luggage rack; just break it off by gently pressing upward. This mech net is fixed to the original luggage bar of the car. Please take out the screws with sliders and embed them in the rails of the luggage bar. Next, pass the mech net underneath the luggage bar and align the holes for the slider screws you just embedded and pass the screws through.

Then, place the long retainer over the threaded screw and tighten the screw. At the rear, the same two screws need to be threaded through and tightened, remembering to add shims before securing. Next, start by reinstalling the previously removed cover back on. In the last step, make sure to check and tighten all the screws to ensure a solid installation.

Here is a reminder that when installing, it is recommended to fix the brackets in the front position first, and then fix the brackets in the back. If you are only installing one oil drum this time, you can fix the backward bracket first, and the space in front can be used to install other accessories such as fire extinguishers in the future. When fixing the front bracket, please make sure to find a suitable mounting position, as shown in the picture, to leave enough distance to ensure that the door can be opened properly, if the mounting position is too far forward, it may cause the door to jam.

During the installation process, please be sure to keep the left and right sides of the bracket parallel, avoid installing tilt, so as to ensure the stability and beauty of the armor mesh.
