Installation Guides

Preparation: Ensure the vehicle tub is clean and empty. If a plastic tub liner is installed, it must be removed or modified to allow the drawer frame to sit flush on the metal bed.

Unpack and Inventory: Carefully unbox the drawer system and verify all components, including the main frame, two drawer units, side wing panels, and the mounting hardware kit.
Remove Factory Tie-Downs: Unscrew the factory-fitted tie-down points in the GWM Cannon tub. These bolt holes will serve as the primary anchoring points for the drawer frame.
Position the Main Frame: With assistance, lift the main drawer frame into the tub. Slide it forward towards the cabin until it is centered and aligned with the factory bolt holes.
Secure Mounting Brackets: Align the provided heavy-duty brackets with the factory holes. Loosely thread the bolts through the frame into the floor of the tub. Once perfectly centered, tighten all bolts securely.
Install Side Wing Panels: Attach the vehicle-specific wing kits to the sides of the frame. These panels fill the gaps between the drawers and the wheel arches, providing a flat top surface across the entire tub.
Insert the Drawers: Slide the drawer units onto the roller tracks. Test the sliding mechanism multiple times to ensure the bearings are seated correctly and the "Sure-STOP" locking system engages at full extension.
Final Check: Ensure the handles lock correctly with the keys and the fridge slide operates smoothly. Re-tighten any hardware if necessary.
