Shipping Cost:

· Standard Items: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100! (Orders under $100 start at $3.99).

· Oversized Items (>22lbs): Due to their size, large parts ship via Sea Freight and have a specific shipping fee shown at checkout. Note: These are excluded from the free shipping offer.

Delivery Time:

· Air Parcel: Generally 10-15 business days.

· Sea Freight: Generally 30-45 business days.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

· Return Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover the shipping. For personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

· Oversized Items (>22lbs): Unless defective, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping for large items.

· Damaged/Missing: Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrived damaged or incomplete.
