Installation steps

Step 1: Cleaning and Preparation
Thoroughly clean the vehicle trunk lid or the surface area where the rear spoiler is installed. Wipe down with an automotive cleaner or degreaser (e.g., alcohol) to ensure that the surface is free of dust, oil, wax stains, or other contaminants.
After the cleaned area is completely dry, wipe it off with a clean towel.
Step 2: Accurate Positioning 
Place the rear spoiler roughly into the pre-installation position and initially compare the fit with the body.
Use patterned paper or positioning stickers to mark the body and the rear spoiler to ensure symmetry, front and rear position. After confirming the position, outline the edge of the spoiler on the car body with the textured paper as an auxiliary line.
Step 3: Installation and fixing 
On the 3M adhesive strip area on the back of the rear spoiler, apply the supplied adhesive aid and wait for 1-2 minutes to enhance the adhesion of the strip. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to properly heat the 3M adhesive strip and body mounting surfaces to improve adhesive strip activity and initial tackiness, especially in cooler temperatures. Carefully peel off the red protective film of the 3M adhesive tape, be careful not to peel off all at once, you can peel off part of both ends first. Align the rear spoiler with the previously marked position and lower it slowly to ensure perfect alignment. Press the spoiler from the center to the sides to ensure that the adhesive strip fits tightly with the body surface and expel air. Press firmly and evenly for 3-5 minutes. Bottom Tear off the remaining protective film and press again fully, especially at the edges and seams.
Step 4: Checking and Curing 
After the installation is complete, double check that the rear spoiler is firm, wobble-free and fits perfectly with the bodywork.
(For adhesive installation) Avoid washing the car, driving at high speed or contacting with a lot of water for 24-48 hours after installation to ensure the adhesive strip is fully cured and reaches the best adhesion. During this period, you can properly use the beautiful striped paper or tape at the periphery to assist in fixing.
