Installation steps
Step 1: Inventory of tools :
1. jack and safety stand
2. Socket wrench (for tire removal)
3. High temperature resistant AB glue or structural adhesive (key)
4. Brake cleaner or alcohol
5. Clean towel
6. Masking tape (for temporary fixation)
Step 2: Cleaning & Test Fit
1. Wheel Removal：Raise the vehicle using a jack and support it with safety stands, then remove the wheels.
2. Thorough Cleaning: Using brake cleaner and a towel, wipe the surface of the factory brake caliper thoroughly to ensure that it is free of oil, rust and dust. This is the foundation for a secure fit.
3. Comparison fitting: Place the caliper cover on the caliper to find the best fit. Make sure the caliper cover has a safe clearance of at least 1cm from the wheel hub, brake disk and other parts.
Step 3: Applying Adhesive & Installation
1. Mix the glue: Follow the instructions of the high-temperature adhesive you have prepared and mix the two components A and B well.
2. Apply Adhesive Uniformly: Apply the mixed adhesive uniformly to the contact points on the inside of the caliper cover. It is not necessary to apply it all over, just apply it in dots or strips on the main stress points.
3. Press firmly: Press the coated caliper cover firmly onto the cleaned caliper, and keep it pressed for 1-2 minutes to make full contact with the glue.
4. Temporary Fixing: Use masking tape to temporarily fix the caliper cover to the caliper to prevent displacement while the glue is curing.
Step 4: Curing & Completion
1. Let it sit: This is the most important step! Allow the glue to cure naturally for at least 6-8 hours. For best results, 24 hours is recommended.
2. Do not drive: Do not drive your vehicle until the adhesive is fully cured, as bumps may cause the caliper cover to come off.
3.Last check.When curing is complete, remove the masking tape and gently wiggle the caliper cover to make sure it is firmly attached.
4.Install the wheel: Install the wheel and tighten the nut to the specified torque. Installation is complete!
Attention
1. The logo of the brake caliper cover will be the car model's logo by default
2. There might be minor color difference due to screen!!!!

Shipping Cost:
· Standard Items: Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $100! (Orders under $100 start at $3.99).
· Oversized Items (>22lbs): Due to their size, large parts ship via Sea Freight and have a specific shipping fee shown at checkout. Note: These are excluded from the free shipping offer.
Delivery Time:
· Air Parcel: Generally 10-15 business days.
· Sea Freight: Generally 30-45 business days.

Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
· Return Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover the shipping. For personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
· Oversized Items (>22lbs): Unless defective, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping for large items.
