Installation steps
Step 1: Unfold the box
Remove the storage box from its packaging. Grab both sides of the box with both hands and pull outward to fully unfold the box.
Step 2: Secure Base Plate & Insert Divider
Press the movable base plate inside the box downward until it fits flat on the bottom and the box structure is locked. According to your storage needs, insert the movable dividers into the corresponding slots inside the case.
Step 3: Place for Use
Place the installed storage box into a suitable location in the trunk. Put your charging gun, tools, sundries, etc. into the box in an orderly manner and close the lid.

Shipping
Shipping cost is based on order weights, Just add products to your cart to see the shipping price and estimated delivery methods.
Currently our warehouse is based in China or Hong Kong, so for different countries our delivery time is different, we choose the transportation method according to the weights of the order. Usually 22lbs or less of the goods go by air, it estimates to take 10-15 working days to arrive after dispatched. Orders above 22lbs generally go by sea, the estimated time will be 30-45 working days depending on the target address. All orders must be shipped by mail, can not provide on-site pickup service for the moment.
Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers must contact us within 30 calendar days of shipment or within 5 business days of receipt of the item, for Large items it depends. Please submit the form on the RMA page of our website, our customer service will reply to you within 24 to 48 hours, we need take time to investigate and review.
