  1. Remove Wheel and Caliper Loosen lug nuts, jack up the vehicle securely on jack stands, and remove the wheel. Unbolt the caliper and hang it with wire to prevent brake hose damage. Remove old brake pads.
  2. Remove Old Rotor Unscrew retainer clips holding the old rotor in place. Carefully remove the rotor and thoroughly clean the hub surface with brake cleaner to ensure a flat, debris-free mounting surface.
  3. Install New Rotor Align the new rotor on the hub, ensuring proper seating. Apply anti-seize compound to the retainer clips and verify the mounting surface is clean and perfectly flat before securing.
  4. Install Pads and Caliper Apply anti-squeal paste to the back of new brake pads. Insert pads into the caliper and reinstall the caliper assembly. Use a torque wrench to tighten bolts to manufacturer specifications—never use an impact gun.
  5. Reassemble Wheel Reinstall the wheel and torque lug nuts to specification. Pump the brake pedal several times to seat the pistons and ensure proper brake pressure before driving.
  6. Bed-In New Rotors Perform gentle braking stops at low speed for the first 100–200 miles to properly bed-in the new rotors and pads, establishing optimal friction characteristics.
We offer two separate SKU variants: One Pair Front Brake Rotor and One Pair Rear Brake Rotor. Each is vehicle-matched and engineered specifically for its position on your vehicle, so it's important to order the correct variant for your needs. If you're replacing both front and rear, you'll need to purchase both SKUs separately.
These Brembo rotors are built with extreme heat resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 800°C to ensure exceptional durability and extended rotor lifespan. The pillar venting technology further maximizes heat dissipation and resists thermal cracking under demanding braking conditions, making them reliable for both everyday driving and more aggressive use.
No, these rotors feature a UV anti-corrosion coating that provides superior rust protection and maintains both the clean appearance and structural integrity of the rotor over time. This coating is designed to withstand outdoor exposure and keep your rotors looking and performing like new.
You should perform gentle braking stops at low speed for the first 100–200 miles to properly bed-in the new rotors and pads. This establishes optimal friction characteristics between the rotor and pad surfaces. After this break-in period, your brakes will be ready for normal driving.
The installation requires basic mechanical knowledge and standard tools including a jack, jack stands, torque wrench, and brake cleaner. The key steps are removing the old rotor, cleaning the hub surface thoroughly, and installing the new rotor with anti-seize compound on the retainer clips. We recommend using a torque wrench to tighten bolts to manufacturer specifications rather than an impact gun to ensure proper installation.
