Installation Steps

Preparation of tools and materials:

Prepare a new blower motor resistor.
Have the necessary tools ready, such as a Phillips screwdriver.

Power off the vehicle:

Turn off all electrical equipment and ignition for safety.

Disconnect the battery:

Disconnect the vehicle's battery to prevent a short circuit during the replacement process.

To remove the blower assembly:

Remove the blower assembly connector.
Remove the blower's wiring harness and mounting screws.

Locate and remove the resistor:

Position the resistor within the removed blower assembly (usually close to the air duct).
Carefully remove the resistor using the appropriate tool.

To install a new resistor:
