Installation Steps

1. Prepare Your Vehicle

• Park on a flat surface and turn off the engine. Allow the headlights to cool for 10–15 minutes to avoid burns.

• Open the hood and secure it with the prop rod.

2. Locate the Headlight Assembly

• Identify the low and high beam bulbs behind the headlight housing.

  • Low Beam: Typically positioned toward the outer edge of the vehicle.

  • High Beam: Located closer to the center.

3. Remove the Dust Cover

• For low beam (9005):

  • Twist the large rubber dust cover counterclockwise to remove it.

• For high beam (H7):

  • Some models require disassembling the dust cover’s inner components to accommodate LED bulbs. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions if needed.

4. Disconnect the Electrical Connector

• Gently press the tab on the bulb’s power connector and pull it straight out.

5. Release the Bulb Holder

• Low Beam (9005):

  • Squeeze the metal retaining clip and swing it outward to release the bulb.

• High Beam (H7):

  • Push the wire clip inward and slide it to the side to unlock the bulb.

6. Remove the Old Bulb

• Carefully pull the bulb straight out of the housing. Avoid touching the glass with bare hands.

7. Install the New Bulb

• Align the new bulb’s pins with the socket.

• For low beam (9005): Push the bulb into place and secure the retaining clip.

• For high beam (H7): Ensure the bulb locks into the socket using the wire clip.

8. Reconnect the Electrical Connector

• Plug the power connector back into the bulb until it clicks.

9. Secure the Dust Cover

• Replace the dust cover and twist it clockwise to seal the housing.

10. Test the Lights

• Turn on the headlights to verify proper function. If the LED bulb flickers, reverse the connector’s orientation.
