Installation Instructions

1.How to Install a Roof Box:

First, insert the U-shaped hook through the pre-drilled hole from the top. Next, place the washer and install the mounting bracket with the hole section facing inward, toward the interior of the vehicle. After installation, tighten with the large nut to ensure there are no gaps. Each crossbar has two mounting points, totaling four positions, and the same installation method is used for all.

Once installation is complete, cover the pre-drilled holes with waterproof tape to prevent water leakage. For the straps, first pass the mounting bracket through the strap, then thread the strap through the buckle to secure it. The strap is adjustable, so you can tighten or loosen it based on the size of the roof box. After everything is installed, simply close the car door—it's that easy.

2.How to Install Roof Rack Crossbars:

The distance between the crossbars should be approximately 27.6 inches. This size is suitable for most vehicles with a wider front and narrower rear.

When installing the crossbars, start by positioning them at the front of the vehicle. Unlock the crossbar mounting device. Then, lift the noise-reducing panel and loosen the two screws beneath it, allowing the crossbar to be extended and adjusted to the appropriate position. Align the crossbar grooves and press them tightly together, then re-tighten the screws to ensure a secure fit.

Before installing the noise-reducing strip, first secure the two screws beneath it, then align the cover and keyhole to complete the crossbar installation.
