Do not use the car's built-in USB port to connect to the power source. The car’s USB port is intended for devices like USB drives and may result in slow charging when used to power the bracket. It is recommended to use a car charger, connecting one end to the bracket and plugging the car charger into the power outlet to ensure proper charging.
For phones with built-in wireless charging functionality, simply place the phone on the bracket without any additional accessories. It will start charging automatically. Please avoid using thick phone cases, as they can cause slow charging. The charging process is quick and easy, allowing for one-handed operation and ensuring safe driving. For Apple phones with magnetic heads: the side with the arrow should face outward, while the chip side should face inward.
For phones that do not come with built-in wireless charging from the factory, charging will not occur when placed on the bracket. In this case, you can use the included magnetic head to enable charging. When installing the magnetic head, ensure that the magnetic side faces the screen and is inserted into the phone’s port correctly. If installed incorrectly, charging will not occur. The correct installation method is to align the magnetic head with the screen and insert it into the button port, ensuring that both the magnetic head and phone port are precisely aligned.
When using the magnetic head, please be aware of the following: If your phone case is too thick, it can interfere with the magnetic head's ability to charge, causing misalignment and failure to charge properly. To prevent this issue, we recommend using a thinner phone case to ensure successful charging and proper functionality.

The wireless charger does not work !
This 15W wireless car charging stand works great in my car. The charging speed is really fast and the automatic clamping is also very convenient. However, I found a small experience that I would like to share with everyone:
In order to truly bring out the 15W fast charging performance of this charger and ensure charging stability , I strongly recommend that you use it with a car cigarette lighter charging head with a sufficiently high output power (such as 15W or higher) .
I initially tried plugging it directly into my car's USB port, and while it worked, the speed and stability weren't as good as using a dedicated charger. Many car USB ports have an output power of only 5W or less, which limits the performance of wireless charging and can even cause intermittent charging .
After replacing the car charger with a high-power one, the charging efficiency and stability have been greatly improved. So, for your best experience, please pay attention to this!
I bought this 15W wireless car charger to help me solve the problem of cluttered cables in my car. Second, while it's universal, charging efficiency may be compromised or even non-existent if your phone case is thick or made of special materials (like metal). I had to remove the case to get stable charging.
All in all, it solves my core needs—wireless charging and phone storage. It's a good choice for car owners seeking everyday convenience . However, if you have higher requirements for stability, charging compatibility, and perfectionism, you might want to give it some thought.
I bought this for my husband to use with his Galaxy s23 and he really likes it. He has it attached to his vent and it holds up just fine with his phone in it. He likes that this automatically closes on his phone and holds it tight and also charges it while he is driving. It is also simple to remove from the holder. The blue color also looks pretty cool in his vehicle. He did say that it isn't a fast charge but it will charge his phone. Since our state is now a hands free cell phone use while driving state, this makes it easier to comply with the law.
